Overview
During my contract at servicenow, I served as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, creating comprehensive training solutions for various internal teams. My role encompassed the full spectrum of eLearning development, from content creation and video production to designing interactive exercises and assessments.
One significant project was the development of 'Follow the Sun,' an onboarding course designed for Service Account Managers. This course aimed to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires quickly grasped essential workflows and best practices. I wrote all content, created engaging video tutorials, and developed interactive exercises to reinforce learning.
Additionally, I led the development of the 'Performance Testing' series, a set of technical courses focused on code testing procedures. This involved creating in-depth modules such as 'Debugging Performance Issues' and 'Testing in Thunderdome.' For these projects, I not only wrote the technical content but also produced instructional videos demonstrating complex procedures and designed interactive quizzes to assess learner comprehension.
In all projects, I leveraged my expertise in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other authoring tools to create dynamic and effective eLearning experiences. My ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content, coupled with my multimedia production skills, ensured that these courses met ServiceNow's high standards for quality and learner engagement.
